Hello, my name is Ted White and I currently reside in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, Canada. I’m a writer and a video content creator who enjoys running, biking, swimming, hiking, using the sauna, and walking amongst other things. I created this blog to show my keen interest in exploring new areas and documenting my experiences by video and written posts.
